Meet your chef
Trained between Andalusia and the south of France, Marcela brings a calm, considered presence to every kitchen she steps into. She shops the morning markets herself, builds the menu around what she finds, and plates each course with the same care she'd bring to her own family table.

Mateo joined Pure Haven after a decade between Málaga and the Basque country. He has a steady, generous way in the kitchen — grilled fish from the lonja, sun-ripe vegetables, slow-simmered guisos — and a soft spot for long, unhurried lunches on the terrace.
